PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam fog generator for a vehicle, which is suitable for use in the vehicle. SOLUTION: This steam fog generator 1 is composed of a foldably coupled plug 11 and a steam fog generator body 12, and a plug 11 is formed in such a cylindrical shape as to be capable of being attached to/detached from an accessory socket 14. Electrical power from the plug 11 is supplied to a heater 71 via a control switch 45. A take-in-and-out port 53 for taking in and out a cartridge 52 and a storage space 54 for housing the cartridge 52 are provided in the body 12, and an evaporation port is opened in a top surface 44 of the body 12. The cartridge 52 of the storage space 54 is heated by the heater 71, and a liquid agent in the cartridge 52 is evaporated into a cabin from the evaporation port. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
