MONITOR DEVICE OF FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor device of a flexible endoscope capable of safely confirming the shape of an organ into which the endoscope is inserted and the state of the endoscope inside the organ without using the fluoroscopy.

SOLUTION: The monitor device of the flexible endoscope has bending state display means 21 and 30 for detecting the bending state of a flexible inserting part 1 and displaying the bending state on a monitor screen 9. The monitor device also has an organ shape display means 40 for displaying the shape 100 of the target organ into which the insertion part 1 is inserted together with the bending state 1' of the inserting part 1 on the monitor screen 9, and organ shape correcting means 99 and 40 for correcting the shape 100 of the organ displayed on the monitor screen 9 according to the output from outside.
