PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device for varying control characteristics regarding steering of a vehicle in accordance with lowering of a pneumatic pressure of a wheel (tire) as well as alarming when the pneumatic pressure of the wheel (tire) deviates from a predetermined range, and thereby restraining variation of steering characteristics of the vehicle caused by reduction of the pneumatic pressure of the wheel (tire). SOLUTION: This vehicular control device is provided with pneumatic pressure alarm systems 20 and 32 for detecting the pneumatic pressure of the respective wheels and alarming when the pneumatic pressure of any of the wheels deviates from the predetermined range, and phase advance control means 7, 24 and 28 for performing phase advance control of a steering angle.
