PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding high in mechanical strength with a hole formed therein. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin molding has a second member 4 containing reinforcing fibers and a resin to be reinforced, for example a main body 12 formed from FRP or SMC, a first surface layer 131 formed from a first member 3 having a fabric 31 of fiber braids and the resin, a second surface layer 132 formed from a surface forming resin or a second member 4, and a bolt-fastening hole 2. The fiber braids in the fabric 31 in the vicinity of the hole 2 are not cut substantially and detoured to enclose the hole 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
