PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biologically active peptide having such activities as acting on a human uterine muscle oxytocin receptor. SOLUTION: A material acting on the human uterine muscle oxytocin receptor is a peptide having a specified amino acid sequence, specified physicochemical properties and bioactivation. The material is useful for elucidation of undetermined maintenance of pregnancy, parturition outbreak mechanism, pathophysiology of prematurity and abortion.
