PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing sheet having good foamability and cleansing power and neither skin irritancy nor a stretched skin feeling in use, mitigating skin drabness after use, and improving skin gloss and resilience. SOLUTION: This cleansing sheet is obtained by coating or impregnating (d) a microporous sheet with a cleansing preparation comprising (a)≥40 mass% of a surfactant, (b) at least one component selected from tocopherols, retinol, retinol acetate, retinol palmitate, vitamin A oil,β-carotene, ascorbic acid compounds, etc., and (c) at least one component, i.e., the extract, squeezed oil and distilled oil from material(s) selected from the group consisting of prune, orange, rose hip, adlay, adlay bud, safflower, hop, wheat embryo bud, rice bud, evening primrose, camellia, raspberry, blueberry, wildberry, ginseng, peach fruit, peppermint, soapwort, sage, Jew's-ear, seaweed, and brown sugar (unrefined sugar).
