PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oyster shell fertilizer which easily elutes minerals included in oyster shells and provides a high effect of promoting growth of plants. SOLUTION: The oyster shell fertilizer includes the oyster shells, humus soil, beach iron sand, heated oyster shells, hen clam shells and algae sticking to the oyster shells, in which the humus soil contains iron fulvate at≥0.6 wt.% of the weight of an iron component, and contains fulvic acid; the quantity of the humus soil is 10% of the weight of the oyster shells; the beach iron sand contains≥0.3 wt.% titanium oxide and contains≥4 wt.% iron dioxide; the quantity of the beach iron sand is 20 wt.% of the weight of the oyster shells; the heated oyster shells contain≥1.5 wt.% sodium carbonate and its quantity of 300 wt.% of the weight of the beach iron sand; the beach iron sand is heated at 300 to 400°C together with the oyster shells for the heated oyster shells; the heated oyster shells consist of the oyster shells for the heated oyster shells heated together with the iron sand; and the hen clam shells are heated at 300 to 400°C.
