PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin part manufacturing method applicable to metal parts. SOLUTION: After a process (A) machining one side of a thin part W by cutting one side of block material 1, a process (B) filling and solidifying a kneading material 2 in the machined part removed by the process (A) and providing surface treatment on the surface of the solidified kneading material 2 in parallel with the other side 1A of the block material 1 is added, and consequently the thin part W is supported by the kneading material 2 during a process (D) machining the other side of the thin part W by cutting the other side of the block material 1.
