PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drilling thin copper-plated laminated plates using a minimum diameter drill bit, in which four or more copper-plated laminated plates can be stacked. SOLUTION: Four or more glass fabric-based copper-plated laminated plates each having a thickness of 30-200μm are stacked, and through holes are formed by means of the minimum diameter drill bit of 60-150μmΦ, in which the total thickness of copper foil in the stacked copper-plated laminated plates is 60μm or less.
