<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which is easy to carry and store, can effectively prevent a medicine (or a supplement) from getting damaged by impact or the like, and to prevent a failure to take or excessive taking of the medicine or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The holder comprises a mount and a plurality of packaging bags 21 detachably held on the mount for receiving the medicine or the supplement 31 inside, and the mount 11 is formed to be capable of two- or three- folding so that the respective bags 21 are located inside. The mount comprises a calendar mount 11 on which numbers indicating dates during a predetermined period are sequentially mentioned. Each packaging bag 21 is individually stuck to a part indicating each number of the mount 11 to cover the number.
