PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizer composition excellent in oil resistance and low volatility, and easy to handle, and a vinyl chloride resin composition based on it. SOLUTION: The plasticizer composition consists of bis (2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate (DOTP) and a plasticizer having a solubility parameter (SP value) of 9.0 or higher, and preferably comprises one having a DOTP content of 20-80 wt.%. The vinyl chloride resin composition contains a vinyl chloride resin and the plasticizer composition in the amount of 20-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
