PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking tray for a cooker such as oven-range or oven- toaster having the function of adjusting cooking performance by adjusting the heat absorbing performance of a cooking tray and a cooker using it. SOLUTION: A nonadhesive paint film 20 is provided on the surface of cooking trays 16 and 28 of the cooker, and a heat reflective paint film 21 is provided on the reverse side thereof. According to such a structure, the surface is hardly soiled, the adjusting function of cooking performance can be imparted to the cooking trays 16 and 28, and the internal effective capacity can be increased.
