PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crops-aligning and feeding device that can perform mechanically the work to peel off exactly and cleanly the skins having a variety of length from the crops. SOLUTION: An aligning unit 14 in the crops-aligning and feeding device 11 is allowed to move in the conveying direction almost synchronously with the conveying speed of the conveyer 2. The root Aa of a green onion A that is placed on the placing stand 2a of the conveyer 2 is held with a pair of holders 14a. Then, the whole body of the green onion A is allowed to move in the perpendicular direction to the conveying direction to align the reference position Ad for peeling the skin of the onion A to almost parallel with the conveying direction and the stem part Ab of the onion A is held with a couple of holders 14a that constitutes the skin peeler 25.
