摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion resistant ceramic causing no strength deterioration even when a surface layer is formed thereon and has sufficient peel-strength against colliding fine particles, a manufacturing method thereof and a part for gas turbine. <P>SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant ceramic possesses a sintered compact composed of silicon nitride and/or sialon, the surface layer formed on the surface of the sintered compact and composed of a silicic compound of a group IIIa element in periodical table and a mixed layer provided between the surface layer and the sintered compact, composed of a main crystal constituting the sintered compact and the silicic compound composed of the surface layer and having 3-60 &mu;m thickness and the average major diameter of the particle of silicon nitride and/or sialon main crystal in the mixed layer is &ge;40 &mu;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
