PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding mold which is excellent in work properties and simple in constitution even when a seal ring is molded by using a low viscosity rubber material. SOLUTION: A land of an upper mold A forming an inside diameter side land clearance 4a is made to closely contact with the land of a lower mold B, and the land of the upper mold A forming an outside diameter land clearance 4b is also made to closely contact with the land of the lower mold B. In this way, the size of the clearance between the inside diameter side land clearance 4a and the outside diameter side land clearance 4b is made T, and either of them is made substantially zero. In-rows 5a and 5b are set respectively on the inside diameter side and on the outside diameter side, and an inside diameter burr bank channel 6a and an outside diameter burr bank channel 6b are arranged at positions higher than a cavity 1.
