PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading plate for a hand carrier with mounting holes different in arrangement for mounting a plurality of types of wheels. SOLUTION: The loading plate 1 for the hand carrier comprises the mounting holes 11, 12, for mounting the plurality of types of wheels provided in at least one wheel mounting portion. Furthermore, one or more common hole 13 out of the mounting holes 11, 12 are provided therein. The movable caster mounting hole 12 is located inside the fixed caster mounting hole 11.
