PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of appearance quality, suppress the rising of production cost and prevent articles from dropping in a console tray and console tray structure. SOLUTION: The circular arc-shaped inner wall face 14 of a lid storing recessed section 13 is divided into an overhanging wall section 14b, which overhangs into the lid storing recessed section 13, and a bottom section side wall section 14a, which is connected to this overhanging wall section 14b, and a second flat plate 15b, which is continuous to the overhanging wall section 14b, and a first flat plate 15a, which is continuous to the bottom section side wall section 14a are formed to be developed at approximately 180 degree through a hinge 16. In addition, a positive taper 15d and a negative taper 15c are formed in the face where the second flat plate 15b and the first flat plate 15a are laid on top of the other as a positioning engagement section with the second flat plate 15b folded on the first flat plate 15a.
