PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharge failures of end channels because of bulging out of an adhesive when a diaphragm and a piezoelectric element group are joined each other. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element material 112 is divided to a plurality of piezoelectric elements 12 by dividing grooves 113 corresponding to a pressure liquid chamber arrangement. A dummy groove 115 is formed near the dividing groove 113 corresponding to the end channel so as to prevent the adhesive at a wide region joining part of the piezoelectric element material 112 where the dividing grooves 113 are not present from bulging out to the end channel. An excess adhesive is absorbed by the dummy groove 115 and is blocked not to bulge out to the dividing grooves 113. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
