FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, development of oil pool under complicated geological conditions characterized by oil pool nonuniformity in permeability. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection through injection wells of cleaning acid composition for washing-off of hydrocarbons from rock surface; injection of composition with components preventing the swelling of argellaceous minerals. Said composition is prepared on alkali solution with alkali concentration in composition exceeding equimolar concentration of acid in acid composition by 1-30%. Then, working agent is injected and oil is withdrawn from producing wells. EFFECT: higher oil recovery factor of oil pool due to coverage by injected working agent of pool entire thickness. 3 cl
