Each generator incorporates m storages, address oscillator for addition of value of shift to size of input data to ensure virtual address possessing size multiple of 2m and for creation of addresses different from addresses corresponding to value of shift in zone of creation of addresses with use of regions of creation of addresses having size 2m and reader to read input data from storage of interlacer with use of addresses created in regions of creation of addresses.
