HAMMER FOR DRIVING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS INTO GROUND

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed hammer includes power drive, striker, guides for motion of striker, striker motion mechanism kinematically linked with power drive provided with stop and rod whose one end is connected with striker. Striker motion mechanism is provided with additional stop and is made in form of rod kinematically linked with power drive; main and additional stops mounted on opposite ends of said rod are provided with projections sunken in passages of rod for period catching of flexible rod whose second end is secured on accumulating drum provided with additional drive. Power drive includes electric motor and reduction gear whose low-speed axle is used as axle for rotation of rod of striker motion mechanism; reduction gear is provided with baffle. Shaped cut is made in form of groove whose end section is rectilinear and vertical; groove is located on baffle and wall of reduction gear of power drive and is used as guide for projections of stop in raising the rod with striker. Guides for motion of striker are secure in upper and lower bedplates provided with central passages. Central passage in upper bedplate is used for passing flexible rod and central passage in lower bedplate is used for passing pile to be driven into ground.
