FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of low-viscosity paraffin-base crude oil for transportation by pipelines. Total flow of crude oil is divided in hydrocyclone separator into first flow, with size of asphalt-resin-paraffin particles smaller than 40 mcm and second flow passing through tortrap, with sizes of said particles larger than 40 mcm. Second flow is heated to 80-90 C at outlet of separation and is mixed with first flow and cooled in oil pipeline to transportation temperature.
