FIELD: medicine, reconstructive and plastic surgery, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out excochleation of osseous destruction focus, as osseous autotransplant one should apply blood-supplied osseous-muscular autotransplant consisting of cortical diaphysial fragment of the 2nd metacarpal bone at size commensurable to the length of scaphoid bone and by volume corresponding to 30-40% against that of formed osseous channel in scaphoid bone, periosteum, rear interosseous muscle taken at the second metacarpal bundle with pervasal tissue. Immobilization of wrist and forearm should be conducted with the help of G.A.Ilizarov's compression-distraction apparatus at distraction mode at the level of radiocarpal articulation immediately after carrying out main stages of operation that prevents pressing of vascular bundle, postoperative complications and favors regeneration of osseous tissue.
