PURPOSE: A protector for a shoe heel outer is provided to easily assemble inner and outer protectors at a shoe regardless of the thickness of the heel outer and avoid the shoe from easily taken off in a worn state. CONSTITUTION: The protector for the shoe heel outer which has an inner protector(1) and an outer protector(7) on the inner and outer faces of the shoe heel outer for preventing the heel outer from crumpled upon putting on/off the shoe, wherein the inner protector(1) has on the upper end an engaging portion(2) engaged to the upper end of the heel outer, the engaging portion(2) having a plurality of engaging grooves(3) and pin holes(4), and the outer protector(7) has on the upper end engaging ridges(8) and engaging pin(9) each to be fit to the engaging grooves(3) and the pin holes(4) of the engaging portion(2), the inner and outer protectors(1,7) being engaged and fastened to the inner and outer sides of the heel outer by an assembling manner.
