COOLER MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A cooler manufacturing method is provided to easily perform a centering operation of a displacer through a cooling process that inserts an end of a cooler into liquid nitrogen and to improve the productivity and safety of the cooler by firmly holding an alignment state of the displacer after the centering operation. CONSTITUTION: A cooler manufacturing method comprises the steps of a displacer pre-assembling that simply inserts a displacer(32) into a displacer cylinder(30); centering to align the concentric of the displacer by immersing an end of a cold finger tube(14) in liquid nitrogen(N) and contracting the displacer cylinder in a state of inserting the displacer into the displacer cylinder; and fixing the displacer which combines a displacer rod(321) and a plate spring, and the plate spring and a spring fixing unit(11) in the displacer being centered.
