METHOD FOR MEASURING NUMBER OF LOW-DENSITY CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for measuring a number of low-density cells is provided to precisely, conveniently and simply measure a number of low-density cells by using a transparent latticed tape. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined amount of samples is dropped on a surface of a slide(2). Then, a Wright Giemsa dyeing process or Hematoxylin Eosin dyeing process is carried out after drying the sample so as to allow a user to easily observe low-density cells by using a microscope. Then, a transparent latticed tape(1) is attached to the sample in order to measure the number of low-density cells. Then, the number of low-density cells is calculated by utilizing an optical microscope. Density of low-density cells is calculated based on the number of low-density cells.
