FABRICATION METHOD OF REFUSE DERIVED FUEL (RDF)

PURPOSE: Provided is a fabrication method of refuse derived fuel (RDF) after treating the solid waste and garbage, separately, without leachate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a first step (garbage treatment step) of chemically converting garbage using dextrinization solution to bound water, mixing anthracite powder containing amorphous carbon with the dextrinization solution, applying heat, concentrating and drying the mixture, thereby obtaining combustible polymer; a second step (solid waste treatment step) of preparing anthracite catalyst by mixing anthracite powder, hazardous material removal catalyst and metal oxidizing agent, fusing waste plastic and waste oil, mixing the anthracite catalyst with the fused plastic, and cooling the mixture thereby obtaining polymer fossil fuel with low binding burning point; and a third step of mixing the combustible polymer obtained at the first step with the polymer fossil fuel obtained at the second step while applying heat to them and adding the hazardous material removal catalyst, hardener, and sludge generated from a wastewater treatment plant to the mixture, and cooling the final mixture.
