PURPOSE: A system for supplying a moving picture advertisement service using the Internet and a method thereof are provided to supply a proper moving picture advertisement service in real time by investigating and analyzing an Internet connection environment of client terminals and related information in real time according as a client requests a moving picture advertisement service. CONSTITUTION: A moving picture advertisement service supply system(300) using the Internet is connected to a plurality of client terminals(100) and moving picture advertisement supply companies(400,400n) through a wire/wireless network(200). The client terminals(100) include various kinds of Internet connection device such as personal computers(110,110n) and note-book computers(120,120n). The moving picture advertisement service supply system(300) investigates and analyzes Internet connection environments and inherent information of the client terminals(100) in real time according as the client terminals(100) request a moving picture advertisement service. The moving picture advertisement service supply system(300) supplies moving picture advertisement services adapted to the environments and inherent information in real time. Otherwise, the moving picture advertisement service supply system(300) investigates and analyzes information with respect to Internet connection environments of the client terminals(100), receives moving picture advertisement services adapted to the environments from the corresponding moving picture advertisement supply companies(400,400n), and supplies the moving picture advertisement services.
