REEL COVER ASSEMBLY OF TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE: A reel cover assembly of a tape recorder is provided to maintain a contact state of contact points of a cable with a main substrate by using elastic force of an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A reel cover assembly(280) of a tape recorder supports a sensor(185) detecting the end of a magnetic tape when the magnetic tape travels. A reel cover main body(281) is installed on a sub deck to secure the sensor on the reel cover main body. A cable(288) is supported by the reel cover main body for electrically connecting the sensor to a main substrate on the sub deck. An elastic member(300) is detachably installed at the reel cover main body for elastically supporting a plurality of contact points formed at the end of the cable to be contacted to a connection part of the main substrate.
