REGENERATOR OF COOLER

PURPOSE: A regenerator of a cooler is provided to improve the productivity and capacity of the cooler by superposing a plurality of mats made in a compression vacuum sintering method and applying a thermal energy storage material of which air permeability is uniform and the loss of heat transfer is small. CONSTITUTION: A regenerator of a cooler comprises a cylindrical housing(42), a thermal energy storage material(45) insert-mounted in the housing, and an end cap(46) attached on a front end of the housing. The thermal energy storage material is formed by piling up a plurality of mats(451) made of random wire materials. The mats are formed in a vacuum sintering method with pressing random wires.
