PURPOSE: A mechanic apparatus informing abnormality of an inputted proper temperature to an inputted telephone number is provided, which reduces cost and is used in all facilities requiring to maintain a proper temperature, and enables to stop an alarm of a main apparatus through a telephone. CONSTITUTION: The mechanic apparatus comprises a main apparatus(8) and a temperature controller(14) and a temperature sensor(13). When a power LED(3) is turned on, the temperature sensor and the temperature controller start to operate, and sense and memory a set temperature, and transfers abnormality to the main apparatus if the temperature is abnormal. An alarm is sent to the inputted telephone number using a telephone(2) and a telephone input/delete/play switch(6). And a telephone input/delete/play LED(4) turns on a LED(5). A temperature display part(12) of the temperature controller displays the set temperature, and adjusts the set temperature using a temperature UP switch(9) and a temperature DOWN switch(10) and a setting switch(11).
