PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a frame and a cylinder of a cooler is provided to efficiently improve the alignment defectives of a cylinder, a piston, a frame, and a displacer. CONSTITUTION: A frame and cylinder fixing structure for combining and fixing a cylinder(20) to the inside of a frame(10) with a plurality of clamping screws(30) comprises the frame and the cylinder having a plurality of base pin holes(12,22) and screw holes(11,21) to alignment-combine the cylinder and the frame, a base pin(31) inserted into the base pin hole and the base pin functioning as a base point to combine the frame and the cylinder in a mutually aligned state, and the clamping screw mutually fixing and combining the frame and the cylinder which are combined in the aligned state by the base pin.
