PURPOSE: Provided is a chloride resistant polyurethane elastic fiber which has excellent chloride resistance by adding a mixed chloride resistant agent of magnesium hydroxide and calcium carbonate to a polyurethane polymer without damaging the intrinsic physical properties thereof. CONSTITUTION: The chloride resistant polyurethane elastic fiber comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of a mixture of magnesium hydroxide(Mg(OH)2) and calcium carbonate(CaCO3) coated with any one coating agent selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactant, silane, polyorganosiloxane, fatty acid, fatty acid salt, and higher fatty acid ester. The mixture contains 5-95 wt.% of magnesium hydroxide, and 95-5 wt.% of calcium carbonate.
