PURPOSE: A magnet sleeve of a linear motor and a structure for fixing a piston are provided to improve the productivity by flowing a current into the magnet sleeve to fix a fixing member to a curved portion of the magnet sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A magnet sleeve(40) is fixed to a flange of a piston through the fusion splicing of a fixing member(50) due to the flowing of current. The magnet sleeve(40) does not have a bolt inserting hole. The fixing member(50) fixes a curved portion(41) of the magnet sleeve(40) to the flange of the piston. A piston(60) is provided with a flange(61) and a plurality of fixing member inserting holes(62) formed on the flange(61). The piston(60) contacts to the curved portion(41) of the magnet sleeve(40) when the fixing member(50) is inserted into and allows a current to flow into the fixing member(50) and the magnet sleeve(40).
