PURPOSE: Provided is a DHA containing tuna slice having extended storage and improved taste and flavor, maintaining colors, and increasing sterilization and deodoration. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a DHA containing tuna slice is characterized by adding 5-10% of processed seasoning stuff consisting of soy sauce, edible salt, sugar, a various kinds of seasoning agents, flavoring agents, a curing agent, and the like, to tuna slices based on the weight of tuna. |
