PURPOSE: A mitt with a high durability is provided which is quickly restored to the original state without being broken by flat irons upon kicking the mitt. CONSTITUTION: The mitt comprises: a flat iron portion(30) with an elasticity and a high durability; a handle portion(40) which fastens and couples the flat iron portion to the tip end of the flat iron portion and disposed so as to be gripped by hands; a fastening member(50) attached so as to fasten the flat iron portion to the outside of the flat iron portion coupled to the handle portion; a shock absorbing member(60) attached to the outside of the fastening member so as to absorb an external shock; a protective member(70) attached to the outside of the shock absorbing member so as to protect a trainee upon the trainee's kicking; and a cover(80) formed on the outside of the protective member to form the entire mitt and become an armor.
