PURPOSE: A method and device for machining the surface of dry magnesium products is provided to shorten the length of the surface treatment process, and to prevent environmental pollution by not using a chemical substance. CONSTITUTION: A method for machining the surface of dry magnesium products comprises the steps of: injecting abrasives and compressed air into the surface of magnesium, and machining the surface of the magnesium products(50); sucking the abrasives into a suction device through a guide tube(60); using a magnet in the guide tube, and filtering iron powder from the abrasives(70); and collecting magnesium powder from the abrasives(80).
