MAGNET SLEEVE OF LINEAR MOTOR

PURPOSE: A magnet sleeve of a linear motor is provided to reduce the assembly process and time by fixing a cylindrical magnet to a circumference of a cylindrical hollow sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(30) is fixed to a circumference of a sleeve(20) to form a magnet sleeve(10). The magnet(30) has an integrated cylindrical shape. A tapered portion(31) is formed on the inside diameter of the magnet(30). The sleeve(20) is comprised of an outer bent-up unit(21), an inner bent-up unit(23), and a plurality of bolt inserting holes(24). The outer bent-up unit(21) is bent-up toward outside. The inner bent-up unit(23) is bent-up toward inside of the sleeve(20). Incision flutes(22) are firmed on the circumference of the sleeve(20) at regular intervals.
