PURPOSE: A superconduction filter with a multi-substrate structure is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing a dimension of a resonator. CONSTITUTION: A ground surface(10) is formed on a lower portion of a first dielectric substrate(11). A plurality of predetermined-shaped resonator patterns(12) are formed on an upper portion of the first dielectric substrate(11). A second dielectric substrate(13) is adjusted to and formed on an upper portion of the plurality of predetermined-shaped resonator patterns(12). The second dielectric substrate(13) covers the whole predetermined-shaped resonator patterns(12) or exposes a portion thereof. The second dielectric substrate(13) is comprised of at least one material having a different dielectric constant. Each of the plurality of predetermined-shaped resonator patterns(12) is a superconduction thin film.
