PURPOSE: A cooling and heating device is provided to ventilate air via an evaporator into a vehicle by passing through a heater or without passing through the heater by forming door members to be opened and closed crosswise. CONSTITUTION: Door members(21) open and closes each door alternatively by forming between an evaporator and a heater. The door member comprises many rotating doors(23) and link rods(24). The rotating door have a rotating shaft(22) and a door shaft(25). The link rod is fixed in the door shaft of the rotating door to fix the rotating doors by separating at regular intervals. Thereby, the size and the weight of a heater-vent-air conditioning module are reduced. Moreover, the reserve space between the evaporator and the heater is formed and the operating required force of the door members is reduced.
