PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing rice containing components and scent of chrysanthemum by impregnating rice with acorn powder dissolution. Therefore, a consumer easily takes the components and scent of chrysanthemum beneficial to the human health. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rice containing components and scent of chrysanthemum is characterized by the steps of: pulverizing chrysanthemum and dissolving its powder in water; coating or impregnating rice with the chrysanthemum dissolution; and polishing and drying the rice. |
