HINGE STRUCTURE OF PLANE VIDEO DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A hinge structure of a plane video display device is provided to adjust a frictional force being applied to a hinge structure easily according to weights of plane video display devices. CONSTITUTION: A rotation plate(10) is engaged with a plane video display device and rotates the plane video display device vertically. A fixing plate(20) is engaged with a supporting structure for supporting the plane video display device and supports a weight of the plane video display device. A rotation shaft(30) is inserted into a vertical surface of the fixing plate(20) and the rotation plate(10) and moves the rotation plate(10) and the fixing plate(20) vertically. A separation member(40) is inserted into the outer circumferential of the rotation shaft(30) and maintains an interval between the rotation plate(10) and the fixing plate(20). An elastic member(60) is formed at the outer circumferential of the separation member(40). The both ends of elastic member(60) are placed on the rotation plate(10) and the fixing plate(20). The elastic member(60) supports the weight of the plane video display device by a predetermined elastic force. A stopper guide(50) is formed between the separation member(40) and the fixing plate(20) and restricts a rotation angle of the rotation plate(10). A sliding member(70) controls a noise and an abrasion at a contact surface of the stopper guide(50) and the fixing plate(20). A braking unit(80) is formed at the outer circumferential of the central portion of the rotation shaft(30). A separation preventing member(95) is formed at the end of the rotation shaft(30) and supports a position of the rotation plate(10).
