PURPOSE: A device for displaying exchange rate and interest data and a method thereof are provided to display a plurality of exchange rate data related to currencies of many nations by receiving currency related exchange rate data of many wanted nations from a foreign exchange server in branch terminals according to banks in real time and displaying exchange rates according to nations on a display board alternately. CONSTITUTION: Electronic exchange rate display units(160a-160c) include a plurality of exchange rate display boards comprising a nation name display unit and an exchange rate display unit. The electronic exchange rate display units(160a-160c) display a nation name on the nation name display unit, and display a currency of a corresponding nation on the exchange rate display unit. Branch terminals(140a-140c) connect to a foreign exchange server and a main office computer host, receive and store exchange rate data of currencies of various nations, and receive and store a ranking and display time of a nation to be displayed on the display board from a manager. The branch terminals(140a-140c) transmit a nation name and a currency exchange rate of the corresponding nation to the electronic exchange rate display units(160a-160c) sequentially in accordance with a ranking of a nation, and nation names and currency exchange rates of the corresponding nations are displayed on the display board of the electronic exchange rate display units(160a-160c) alternately. |
