PURPOSE: A method for managing human resources using a duplication is provided to reduce a cost being distributed at the medium stage by reducing a card issuing system sharply from a card company to a designer and to reduce a business load and enable designers to obtain good profit through a duplication. CONSTITUTION: A user is registered as a probationary employee through an introduction of other designer or a propaganda advertising activity of a main office(S1). The user takes a predetermined education, introduces other person as a probationary employee, and sells a commodity and a service instructed in a main office(S2). If the activity of the user is satisfied with a fixed condition(S3), the user is promoted to a higher position(S4) and acquires a right for being duplicated to the next post. If results through a business activity of the user are more than a fixed value, a team duplication to the next post is executed(S5-S7). |
