PURPOSE: When switching open state of a valve inlet to closed state, a leakage between a diaphragm valve body and a valve sheet is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A valve sheet(9) is provided in a valve inlet(8) between an inflow chamber and an outflow chamber. A valve body(13) of a diaphragm type opens/closes the valve inlet. A connecting hole(16) connects the inflow chamber with a pilot chamber(14). A pilot hole connects the outflow chamber with the pilot chamber. A plunger(8) is provided to open/close the pilot hole. A first guide member(30) is provided having a gap with the valve sheet restricting flow of the inflow chamber.
