PURPOSE: A tobacco packaging container having multiple ad cell areas and an advertising method using the same are provided to insert an add into the tobacco packaging container and expose it to multiple tobacco users. CONSTITUTION: The tobacco packaging container(12) for containing and storing a product, wherein the tobacco packaging container has multiple ad cell areas(14) by dividing a packaging surface of the packaging container into multiple numbers and an inner paper forming one coupon(18) after opening the tobacco packaging container, and the multiple cell areas inserted into the packaging surface of the tobacco packaging container are not constant in size.
