摘要 PURPOSE: A fabrication method of ultra-fine Ni powder by hydrothermal synthesis is provided to lower existing reaction temperature greatly using liquid phase reductant capable of substituting for hydrogen reduction and manufacture pure metal (Ni) powder by precipitating ultra-fine Ni powder from metal salt aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises step (S1) of charging the mixture in the aqueous solution state after preparing a mixture by mixing raw materials in a certain mixing ratio; step (S2) of heating and agitating the mixture mixed in the step (S1); step (S3) of hydrothermal synthesizing the reactant in the reactor; step (S4) of discharging a product formed in the step (S3) from the reactor; step (S5) of filtering the product; and step (S6) of cleaning the product filtered in the step (S5), wherein particle size of the pure Ni powder is controlled to 0.1 to 4 μm and has a purity of 99% or more using Na2CO3 and NH4OH, and wherein the pure Ni powder has a purity of 99% or more using H2NNH2·H2O.
