STRUCTURE FOR DISCHARGING RESIDUAL GAS OF COOLER

PURPOSE: A structure for discharging residual gas of a cooler is provided to smoothly discharge residual gas even in executing a baking-out operation in a state of assembling components and accordingly to improve the productivity of the cooler. CONSTITUTION: A structure for discharging residual gas of a cooler comprises a cold end(16) installed to a front end of a cold finger tube(14) to contact with workpieces to be cooled and a gas discharging hole(16a) mounted to the cold end to communicate with the inside of the cold finger tube and to smoothly discharge residual gas in a baking-out process. Therefore, the structure increases operation accuracy and efficiency for manufacturing the cooler better than performing an assembly process after the baking-out process by executing the baking-out operation in a glove box after completing the cooler by assembling components and closing the gas discharging hole as a brazing method using a blocking member.
