COIL WINDING FRAME

PURPOSE: A coil winding frame is provided to achieve improved quality of the deflection yoke and cathode ray tube by allowing the deflection coil to have optimum deflection characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A coil winding frame comprises a winding unit having a flat bottom surface to be tightly coupled with a plate and a semi-conical curvature for formation of a deflection coil; a guide unit formed integrally with both sides of the winding unit and has a curvature for guiding the coil being wound on the winding unit; and a plurality of pins(11 to 16) each of which has an end arranged in the guide unit and the other end protruded from the boundary between the winding unit and the guide unit so as to form a shape of the coil being wound on the winding unit. First to third pins are arranged at angles of 8, 42 and 52 degrees centering from the flat horizontal surface, and fourth to sixth pins are arranged symmetrically from the first to third pins.
