<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems arising in accounting offices that, while the off-line information needed for accounting processes is usually manually input to computers in accounting offices to convert the information into online information that can be computer processed to enable accounting processes, inputting information to computers requires a significant amount of time, leading to troubles with accounting offices or the like in providing necessary services such as performing diagnosis on business conditions and providing timely information such as the amendment of laws and institutions. <P>SOLUTION: An account information processing system is used having a fax sending terminal for reading and sending an account information recording sheet including account information as the information needed for the accounting processes, and a fax receiving device for receiving the account information recording sheet transmitted from the fax sending terminal to acquire the account information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
